Play the background sounds of the sea and close your eyes.  Breathe deeply, slowly in through your nose and even slower out through your mouth.  Repeat 3 times.  Picture yourself on the beach anywhere in the world.   When you open your eyes, you can draw what you imagined, with the waves still playing in the background.

WUDU Wuḍūʾ is the Islamic procedure for cleansing parts of the body, a type of ritual purification, or ablution. Wudu involves washing the hands, mouth, nostrils, arms, head and feet with water and is an important part of ritual purity in Islam.
